This fiery Calabrian nduja is a luxuriously spreadable salami made from premium pork, pork fat, and a generous amount of Calabrian chillies, creating an intensely flavourful paste with a deep red colour and bold, spicy kick. Traditional to southern Italy's Calabria region, this soft, salami-style sausage delivers complex heat alongside rich umami notes, transforming from a firm texture at room temperature to a silky, melting consistency when warmed.
The high fat content ensures nduja melts beautifully into sauces and spreads easily, whilst the Calabrian chillies provide authentic fruity heat rather than just burn. This artisanal version uses quality cuts of pork and traditional smoking methods that create depth of flavour beyond simple spiciness.
Stir through pasta sauces for instant richness and heat, spread on pizza bases before topping, dollop onto bruschetta, or melt into risottos and stews. Excellent smeared on grilled bread, mixed into scrambled eggs, or used to add punch to tomato-based dishes. A little goes a long way.

Our Delivery Service
We use reliable third-party express courier services and high-quality insulated packaging. While our couriers are generally excellent, occasional delays can happen. We pack everything to stay fresh, even if transit takes a little longer.
Time-Sensitive & Event Orders
Can we guarantee delivery on a specific day? Unfortunately not - we rely on third-party couriers and can't control their schedules. All items leave us in perfect condition with good use-by dates, but final timing depends on the courier.
If your order is for a specific event, let us know in the notes section at checkout. We can often dispatch a day earlier to give you the best chance of timely arrival.

Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available, though please note our couriers don't operate phone support at weekends and our office is closed. For event-critical orders, a weekday delivery gives us more flexibility to help if any issues arise.
