Pâtisserie des Flandres garlic and herb crackers — light, round, waffle-textured French crackers from Flanders with garlic and dried herbs baked in. The crackers are thin and crisp with an open, airy texture — closer to a gaufrette than a dense biscuit — and the garlic and herb seasoning runs through the cracker rather than sitting on the surface.
These are the savoury option in the Pâtisserie des Flandres range. The garlic is present but not aggressive — enough to add flavour without overwhelming whatever sits on top. The herb is subtle and aromatic. They work well with soft cheeses, charcuterie, dips, and pâtés, and they are equally good eaten on their own as a savoury snack.
