Tasting: This energetic Pinot Noir shows enticing aromas of cherry, violet, mint and cedar. The natural acidity brightens the palate with concentrated red and black cherry flavours, forest floor notes and spice, whilst the cool site's proximity to Bodega Bay contributes a distinctive mineral backbone.
Pairing: This elegant Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with Poulet de Bresse roasted with wild Chanterelles and Autumn Truffle, or Lumina Lamb with Girolles and Fort Saint Antoine Comté. The wine's bright acidity and forest notes complement Ōra King Salmon with Morels, whilst its cherry and spice characteristics make it an ideal match for Iberico Secreto with Ceps. For cheese pairings, try with Camembert de Normandie or Pont-l'Évêque.

Recently returned to family ownership in 2024, the winery continues its tradition of handcrafting exceptional wines from world-class vineyard sites.
Vintage: The 2017 California vintage overcame dramatic challenges to produce exceptional wines. Intense winter rains followed by unexpected September heat accelerated ripening, prompting early harvest before October's devastating wildfires. This unique growing season created wines of remarkable concentration and finesse for those who harvested early.
