This variety is renowned for its unique aromatic profile with distinct cocoa notes and rich, complex character. The fruity and slightly spicy aromas include notes of creamy caramel and hot plum jam, making it versatile for both sweet and savoury applications.
Perfect for chocolate desserts where the cocoa notes complement the preparation. Producer: Meticulously selected by Terre Exotique from the finest Tanzanian plantations. They handpick only "Gourmet" or "TK" pods characterised by rich oil content, plumpness, full-bodied texture, and deep black or dark brown colour. Each pod requires 6-12 months preparation followed by mandatory 90-day maturation period.
