This innovative product is a combination of 72-hour smoked red gum salt used in the brining stage followed by cold smoking using a local Mountain Ash hardwood. The result is a mild, sublime smokey flavour that bursts in your mouth.
This incredible product comes from Yarra Valley, a family-owned business that leads the industry in sustainably grown and hand-harvested Atlantic salmon roe. They are committed to producing roes only from live salmon, which they milk by hand each year in May. Their exceptional purity, texture, and flavour have set a new standard for salmon roe.

This product is a result of aquaculture and is harvested from live fish. It is BAP certified.

We receive this product frozen to ensure it stays in the best possible condition and will thaw it out before sending it to you. The shelf life is 90 days after thawing, and the tins will be dated accordingly. It should be kept refrigerated and once opened used within 4 days.
