Traditional Norman soft cheese with AOP protection, made from cow's milk in the heart of Calvados countryside. This square-shaped cheese develops a distinctive orange-washed rind and creamy, supple interior with complex flavours that balance sweet and savoury notes. The characteristic aroma is earthy and farmhouse-like, while the taste offers rich, buttery qualities with hints of mushroom and nuts that intensify with age.

Pont L'Évêque represents centuries of Norman cheesemaking tradition, where the maritime climate and lush pastures create ideal conditions for producing this exceptional cheese. The washing and turning process during maturation develops the orange rind while allowing the creamy interior to ripen from the outside in, creating the perfect texture contrast that makes this cheese so distinctive.

Remove from refrigeration 30 minutes before serving to appreciate the full flavour development. Excellent on cheese boards with crusty bread, apples, and walnuts. Pairs beautifully with Normandy cider or light red wines.
