These are the largest size of Blue Belly Shrimp available, which always carry a heavy premium over the smaller, and hard to work with version. With a sweet and succulent flavour, these Blue Belly Shrimp boast a delicate texture that melts in your mouth with each bite.

To prepare them, simply bring a large pan of water to a boil and add a teaspoon of sea salt. Add the shrimp and boil for 1-2 minutes until they start floating to the top. Remove them and plunge into a large bowl of iced water to cool. Drain and refrigerate until ready to serve.

We recommend serving the Blue Belly Shrimp with nothing more than fresh bread and Au Bon salted butter.
