These raw sections provide snow-white meat with bright red highlights and wonderful sweet flavour, ready to cook into one of the ocean's most prized delicacies.

Wild red king crab (Paralithodes Camtschaticus) from the pristine Barents Sea off Norway's Finnmark coast, harvested by small coastal fishing boats using sustainable methods with no more than 30 crab pots per vessel. Only the biggest and finest crabs are brought to shore, with others carefully returned to the sea. These rulers of the deep live in one of the world's richest and cleanest oceans, creating exceptionally pure, sweet-tasting crabmeat.

The largest species of king crab in the world, these magnificent crustaceans are dark burgundy when alive, turning bright red with scarlet highlights when cooked. The meat is snow-white with bright red highlights, delivering wonderful sweet flavour and tender texture that makes red king crab so prized. Ready to cook after defrosting, with each leg providing plentiful meat along with shoulder meat that rewards patient extraction.

Simply delicious served hot or cold with homemade aioli, tarragon mayonnaise, and a squeeze of lemon. The cooked claws are pliable and easily cut with scissors, while the shoulder meat requires more patience but delivers exceptional flavour.
