Tasting note: The wine has a crisp green apple taste, with candied white flowers, nectarine, and lychee alongside a burst of citrus, backed up by mineral undertones.
Producer: This 2018 vintage Saint-Veran from Domaine de la Croix Senaillet is a top white wine from the Burgundy region. It is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes and has been certified organic since 2010. The wine's balance of ripe fruit and mineral notes makes it an excellent pairing with seafood.
In 1992, brothers Richard and Stephane Martin took control of their family estate from their father and made changes to benefit their wines in the long run. Their first priority was to convert their vineyards to organic practices. They then extended their operation to experiment with an increased variety of terroirs. They grew the domaine from 6.5 to 25 hectares, enabling them to be far more selective with the fruit used in the final winemaking process. These changes have undoubtedly proved highly successful in ensuring that the wines of Domaine de la Croix Senaillet are increasing in quality year on year.

Can we guarantee delivery on a specific day? Unfortunately not - we rely on third-party couriers and can't control their schedules. All items leave us in perfect condition with good use-by dates, but final timing depends on the courier.
