Vintage: The 2021 vintage in Chassagne-Montrachet delivered wines of exceptional character despite a challenging growing season. Spring frosts in April significantly reduced yields, followed by a cool, damp summer that required careful vineyard management. However, a warm, dry September provided ideal harvest conditions, allowing the remaining grapes to achieve perfect ripeness. This vintage showcases remarkable concentration and intensity due to the low yields, producing wines with outstanding depth whilst maintaining the refined elegance and mineral precision that defines great Chassagne-Montrachet premier cru.
